Meet Michelle Finesse Del Rosario, PA-C

Michelle Finesse Del Rosario is a nationally certified physician assistant (PA-C) with over 14 years of diverse medical experience. She blends her clinical expertise with a deep commitment to personalized, whole-person care. Her passion is to provide compassionate, advanced care so that every person who walks through her doors feels valued, supported, and empowered to live fully.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mount St. Mary’s University in 2008 and completed her Physician Assistant training at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine & Science in 2011. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Her career began in family medicine and medical aesthetics before she relocated to Napa Valley in 2012, where she expanded her practice into specialty care. Over the years, she has cultivated a unique blend of skills through her work in Orthopedics—focusing on hand surgery, sports medicine, and total joint care for 6 years. She also served on the front lines during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, working in Trauma and Emergency/ General Surgery for 4 years. She has since worked in dermatology as a PA acne specialist, in addition to the Allergy department, managing allergy shots and anaphylactic reactions.

Outside of medicine, Michelle finds joy in the simple, grounding rhythms of family life. She lives with her husband and their young son on acreage in the Napa mountains, where they enjoy homesteading together. Whether tending to the garden, gathering eggs from her chickens, or creating something by hand, Michelle values the slower, more intentional way of life.

She enjoys archery and finds peace at the beach. Her heart for service is rooted in a deep understanding of struggle and resilience. A portion of proceeds go toward supporting causes close to her heart, especially programs for the unhoused and orphans, inspired by her own early life challenges.
